We have a variety of events and trial courses with truly excellent instructors, but we feel that many potential customers either don’t notice us or just can’t find their way to us. And that’s where you come in!
We offer a job in proactive sales/customer consulting with a fixed salary and attractive commissions. You will not only help us guide prospects on their way to us, but you can also participate in our classes at any time and experience our great teaching methods firsthand. In addition, we provide you with a smartphone of your choice to support you in your tasks!

What we need from you:
We are looking for someone who enjoys calling our customers, listening to them, and proactively finding the best solution for each individual need. Our customers see you as a reliable partner in preparing for their further education/retraining at the Hamburg Coding School. To keep track of the multitude of customers, you will use a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Tasks for which we specifically seek support:
- Initial telephone consultation of interested parties
- Proactive customer support via email and phone
- Assisting our customers in applying for funding
- Maintenance and evaluation of data in the CRM system
- Application of insights gained from the CRM
Qualities you should bring for this:
- You are sociable
- You are friendly and open-minded
- You enjoy making phone calls
- You can adapt your language to different target groups
- You can express yourself well in English and German
- You work in a structured manner
What is important to us:
We want to roll out the red carpet for people considering retraining as a Full Stack Web Developer. They should find a safe and reliable way through the bureaucracy of applying for funding, our placement test, and finally into our virtual classroom. You should be a friend by their side for the first step towards professional fulfillment.
No, we don’t have any call guides or pre-written text modules, but you have a strong team behind you, who can help you make (almost) everything possible for customers, even with complex questions.
In short, we value your communication skills and proactive, structured way of working.
